What happens if our flight is late?

We monitor all flights through the airports own web-site, other web-sites and teletext to ensure that we know when your flight is expected.

Are there extra charges for waiting time, parking, etc?

NO, our rates are all-inclusive. The rate agreed at time of booking is the rate you pay.    

Can we provide child seats?

Yes, and without further charge. However numbers are limited and are allocated on a 'first booked' basis. If you wish to use your own seats we can store them safely ready for your return.

Do we have any disability adapted vehicle?

At the present time we do not have any disability adapted vehicles. Try Barries Private Hire on 077377 64397 who have an adapted people-carrier or contact the Licxencing Dept, at Ashford Borough Council for a list of adapted vehicles in this area

Are our drivers employed by Ashford Executive Cars?

 No, all drivers are self-employed and operate using their own taxi drivers and Taxi Operators Licences, both issued by the local Authority, and their own insurance. 

Do Ashford Executive Cars only do airport transfers?

No, we will take you anywhere that you wish to go. Recent bookings have included cruise ships at Dover and Southampton, Plymouth, Portsmouth, the London Coliseum theatre, Langans Brasserie in Piccadilly, company training venues in Hampshire and Surrey and the O2Academy in Brixton to name a few.
